If you are unsure as to where to begin this is a terrific option. I will come to you and we will spend an hour or two going through each room to figure out what goes, what can stay, if anything needs to be rearranged, etc. I will be sure to answer any and all questions you may have.

n the event you would like to move forward with staging, the process begins with a visit from me to collect measurements of the room(s) you would like to have staged as well as pictures I use as a reference when putting a design together. We will discuss which rooms would benefit the most from staging and determine what day you will need the items delivered. I will provide you with an estimate of cost based on the number of rooms and size of the rooms. Once the details are agreed upon, I will deliver the items and you will marvel at how amazing your space looks!

Staging items are rented for 30 days. If additional time is needed then the cost can be broken down on a weekly basis. There is an additional $250 delivery fee for items delivered outside of Davis and Weber county. Payment is due upon completion of staging services rendered. I am happy to stage unoccupied or occupied properties. My caveat when it comes to staging items is if you break it you buy it.
